Your name and your chosen contact details (phone number, email, or messaging handle), along with any information about your watch or jewelry — such as brand, model, condition, and photos — that you submit through our valuation form or send us via WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook Messenger, email, or phone.
• Usage data.Standard analytics information collected automatically, such as pages visited, approximate location (city/region), device and browser type, and referring links. See “Cookies and analytics” below.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers through this website.

• To prepare and send you a valuation or offer for your item.
• To respond to your enquiries and arrange a purchase or meet-up.
