Questions
Watch Repair FAQs
Do you repair watches you didn't sell?
Yes — bring any watch to either branch. We'll assess it and give you a clear quote and timeframe before we start, whether or not you bought it from us.
Do you service all watch brands?
Yes. We service quartz and mechanical watches across all major brands. For high-end and luxury pieces we take extra care and always talk you through the work first.
How much does a service or repair cost?
It depends on the watch and the work it needs. Bring it in or send us photos and we'll give you a clear quote before any work begins — no surprises.
How long will it take?
Quick jobs like a battery replacement or bracelet sizing are often done the same day. More involved repairs can depend on parts; we'll give you a timeframe along with your quote.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed. Walk into either branch during opening hours, or message us first if you'd like to check before you travel.
Can you service a watch I didn't buy from you?
Absolutely. We're happy to service and repair your watch regardless of where you bought it.
